Bottomley Equestrian Center blends two compatible (but usually separate) training skills: dressage and horsemanship. The result is horses and humans who are confident, comfortable, happy, and safe with each other. Bottomley students are expert horse-handlers, competitive riders, and proficient problem solvers.

Dressage develops a horse's natural athletic ability and willingness to perform, thereby making it a safe and enjoyable riding horse.

Horsemanship develops mutual understanding between horse and human—an otherwise unnatural relationship.
